How many times in your life do you get to eat Michelin star quality food and pay a small fraction of what the bill could be? Probably not that many right? So here is one for you. A great night out with Michelin star food, belly dancers and matching wine. Morocco meets Michelin, truly amazing.
This all is brought to you by a collaboration of Moroccan restaurant Chomicha and Eindhovens master chef Ralph Drost. He has worked in many Michelin star kitchens and now runs his own business as a private chef. I heard of Ralph before, but never got the opportunity to taste his gastronomy. Untill last night, when I was swept off my feet by the most delicious rack of lamb I ever had. He turned the traditional Moroccan kitchen in modern and surprisingly creative dishes. It may sound like bragging, but really, everything was sooo tasty.
A whole atmosphere of Middle Eastern pleasures. You could wash your hands in a traditional Moroccan way, they hired a DJ and a viticulturist who poured 'Luc Belaire' sparkling rose, which is endorsed by famous rappers.
