Sushi @ Mood
The sushi boat at Mood restaurant is making a name for itself in Eindhoven. Every sushi lover in town is familiar with it. In my opinion it really lives up to its expectations.
Mood is a posh restaurant downtown with a big outside area for fancy dinners. I have only tried the sushi, so I don't know about the other dishes on the menu. To be completely honest, the place wasn't my cup of tea to begin with. My hippie mind felt out of place. But after being there a few times, sitting outside, I came to like it. The sushi made me come back time after time.
So, my advice is to try it for yourself. Definitely pick the sushi! It will make your mouth water.
