My favorite lunch spot is located on Strijp S. I'm literally here every week.
Onder de Leidingstraat has an industrial feel, which reminds me of one of the 1000+ cool spots I found in Berlin.
Everything they serve is biological and fresh. Not only is there an option to lunch, but they serve breakfast and hot meals as well. The hot meals are unique, delicious and change on a weekly basis. Take away is the best option since they close at 7.00 PM. I love how they wrap it up in cool looking paper!
They have great sandwiches! My favorite one is called 'bio-eitje' (bio egg). It has a pea spread on it, which I love. :) If you like salads you can choose your own fresh ingredients. They're served with homebaked bread. A large one only cost EUR 6,75. You can choose seven ingredients, and believe me,
it's definitely LARGE.
There's also a small 'supermercado' where you can buy healthy groceries and various food related goodies. I sometimes buy gifts or books.
The owners are nice, the atmosphere is cool, thank you for existing!
